Booking
You will receive a booking confirmation sent to your email address once payment is received in the month that specific pick up location on stand from us, please call us, to reschedule, at 6715 6498.
Same-day bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot and seat.
A valid identification document is required for all passengers. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 15 minutes before departure.
We advise all passengers to arrive on time. The coach will depart at the scheduled time and may not be able to wait for latecomers. Please plan accordingly.
Baggage/Luggage
You can check in your luggage by handing it over to our Coach Captain about 15 minutes before departure. Please your luggage should be clearly tagged. Keep your carry-on bags, baby strollers, or wheelchairs, please consult our Customer Service Department.
Hazardous materials, flammable items, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Please ensure your luggage does not contain any restricted items for the safety of all passengers.
Each passenger is allowed one carry-on bag that fits in the overhead compartment or under the seat. Please keep valuables and essentials in your carry-on.
Each passenger is entitled to one checked-in luggage piece. Additional luggage may be accommodated subject to available space in the luggage compartment.
We reserve the right to refuse any luggage that is deemed unsafe, oversized, or exceeds the weight limit. Our staff will advise you on alternative arrangements if needed.
Changes and cancellation
Replacement is allowed. Identification details request replacement is allowed as long as it is done before the scheduled departure. Please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.

Tours may be rescheduled in the event of severe weather conditions for the safety of all passengers. You will be notified in advance and offered an alternative date.
Yes, you can cancel your trip. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close to the departure date the cancellation is made. Please check our cancellation policy for details.

Journey
All passengers are requested to follow instructions given by the guide. Passengers are to be seated and belted up at all times when onboard the coach.

Yes, scheduled stops are included in most tours for rest, sightseeing, and refreshments. The number and duration of stops depend on the specific tour itinerary.
